Statement of the company's policy on the procurement of conflict-free metals

Conflict metals refer to metals such as gold (AU) , tantalum (Ta) , tungsten (W) , cobalt (Co) , and tin (Sn) , from mining areas in conflict areas controlled by non-governmental military groups or non-military factions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The illegal mining profits of local militaries and groups were stolen from citizens and resulted in human rights violations and environmental degradation in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The company strictly adheres to the electronics industry code of conduct, sourcing materials only from environmentally and socially responsible raw material suppliers, and requires our raw material suppliers to conduct commercially reasonable due diligence with their supply chains, to ensure that the metals used in the raw materials supplied to Yongxin did not come from the conflict zone.
